The shocking thing is, despite being out for just over a year, Windows 7's growth doesn't seem to be slowing down -- in fact, if anything, it's speeding up! It's even more impressive when you figure in that these were pre-Christmas figures -- last Christmas, Windows 7's usage share grew almost 2%, and we'd expect this Christmas to be even bigger. A usage share of 25% must surely be on the immediate horizon.
Some exact sales figures should emerge from CES in the next few days, too. Over 300 million copies sold would not be unlikely -- and that's still without major adoption from the enterprise sector... yikes.
In other news, Vista is down to just 12.11% usage share; hooray!
