Nintendo has long been known for surprises, but it caught the gaming world off guard on Thursday, when North American COO Reggie Fils-Aime revealed the 3DS XL during a Nintendo Direct video post. The new duo-screen system reportedly will be 90 percent larger than the previous version, with a 4.88-inch top display and 4.18-inch screen on the bottom.
